To make a long, boring, story short, the most recent clean backup was not very recent and also not entirely clean. During the server move in September, the backups for [http://arlongpark.net arlongpark.net] got damaged. To make a long, boring, story short, the most recent clean backup was not very recent and also not entirely clean. Most of it has been cleaned, and it should be noted that the cause of the archive damage was discovered and fixed and isn't present in test backups taken of the restored site. Regardless, for better or for worse it will take some time until it is back up to its former speed. Fortunately(?), Arlong Park has suffered far worse setbacks in the past and has come through. WIth luck this will be no different. |

Regardless, for better or for worse it will take some time until it is back up to its former speed. Fortunately(?), Arlong Park has suffered far worse setbacks in the past and has come through. WIth luck this will be no different.
