One Piece Rainbow, & Unlimited Adventure NA Release Date?

Episode 302 was re-aired and torrents can now be downloaded. Please refer to March 25th's post which has been updated with the links.
The release date for One Piece Rainbow (anime book) is May 1st! A flyer (as well as another Unlimited Adventure scan) is included with chapter 450, which can be downloaded in yesterday's post. There are also details about the data book Yellow: Grand Elements, too, which is released on April 2nd, two days from now.
From a news post at Go Nintendo (image curtesy of GameFly), the NA release of Unlimited Adventure is set for August 31st, 2007.

There was a translation of the Unlimited Adventure story from the Official site, which was posted in the discussion thread early in the month. To those who read it, an important line was fixed. It was about how they landed on the island. It should be correct now. Basically, it was about the ship running into the island where everyone was forcefully separated. They didn't casually stop and explore the island excitedly. (I knew it!) I'm sorry!! Below, I'll explain the important parts of the story which were revealed, so it won't be necessary to seek that certain post on the forums.
The longest trailer (length is around 3:14) up to date is out. Please remember about being spoiled, should you see this trailer.
It starts out with Luffy falling from the sky and landing on the island feet first. He was content and excited until a bunch of supplies from the ship rained on him. This happened because the ship ran into the mysterious island that suddenly appeared causing everyone to separate. I think Luffy fished out the orb earlier, which caused the island to appear.
Luffy explains how in the middle of their voyage through the Grand Line, a mysterious island appeared, and it was there where their new adventure began. And then there was the ball of light that coincidentally fell into his hands. It seems to have an influence on the island, which can suddenly change shape. A mysterious creature named Poporo makes an appearance throughout the adventure.
This island doesn't seem to have much, besides the beautiful environment. There was also a mysterious voice which sought for help. This island was deemed mysterious, and Luffy loved the sound of it. However, when he goes to try to find the crew, he gets attacked.
In the trailer, Usopp, Chopper, and Nami are found being attacked by the Marines. Usopp asks someone to do something about them.
Later in the trailer, Smoker appears. Luffy wonders why he's here. Old faces also appear. One after another, new and strong characters also prepare for battle!
Past memories are suddenly revived...
Luffy: Sorry! I'm dead.
Smoker: He smiled...!
Enemies should beware: Luffy won't lose! Overall, this is an excellent trailer and it's worth checking out. Remember that the release date is April 26!

Movie 8 at the Box Office

Reported by goty, One Piece Movie 8 goes to #4 this week after being #2 in the Japanese Box Office in its first week. It was beaten by Genghis Khan in the first week, and now both of them have been pushed down by Doraemon Nobita no Shin Makai Daiboken (currently at #1) and Battery.

Unlimited Adventure can now be preordered at PlayAsia.com. The release date is April 26th. Please remember that there is a region lock on the Wii, and this game will not play on a North American Wii as-is.

The release date for Tackey & Tsubasa's Crazy Rainbow has been moved to April 18th. Titles up to episode 304 of the anime have been added. Another "Jidaigeki" special (with Boss Luffy in Grand Jipangu) is expected on April 1st.

The Release Log is now open for viewing! As well as making news posts about release dates, the Release Log will also be updated for easy viewing. As you can probably tell, April looks like a very fruitful month for One Piece! A total of 3 discs are released tomorrow: the Super Best CD, the Movie 8 OST, and the 3rd disc of Season 8: Water Seven! This R2 DVD will contain episodes 235-237 inclusive. The 4th DVD will be released on April 11th.
So, I hope the "Release Log" will be helpful to you!
Viz's Volume 14 and 15, 4Kids' Volume 8, & Super Best CD

Viz's Volume 14, titled "Instinct" and Volume 15, titled "Straight Ahead!" can be preordered at Amazon.com. They're set to be released on April 3rd and August 7th respectively for $7.95... quite a ways away, isn't it? Volume 13, "It's All Right!" was released on January 2nd, but the gap between volume releases is certainly long! If you enjoy reading the English graphic novels or like to collect them, keep in mind that it'll be a while before Volume 15 is released. In the meantime, you'll probably have to check out the chapters in America's Shonen Jump. According to cdjgamer, Drum starts next month in SJ.
Something else that wasn't mentioned is Volume 7 of the 4Kids dub. Released on Feburary 27th, it too, can be ordered from Amazon.com. Volume 8 will be released on April 24th, and is available for pre-order.
Don't forget that the One Piece Super Best CD is out in two days, March 7th! The limited edition, which contains a DVD as well, can be ordered too.
The torrent link to the widescreen raw of 299 was posted recently. The previous news post was updated.
Since there are so many days to keep track of, expect some sort of "Releases" page containing all this data soon.

Episode 299 aired last night in Japan. I've been able to enjoy all the episodes so it'd be hard for me to say anything bad about it, and for spoilers sake I won't go into much detail. If you are in the mood of checking out some screencaps, you can take a look at crossbones' post at K-F. This is also the episode in which Yuriko Yamaguchi (Robin's seiyuu) takes a break, so Yuko Kobayashi fills in for her. Since Robin doesn't have many lines in the episode, it is quite unnoticeable.

One Piece Movie 8, One Piece Yellow, & Volume 45

There are a few reviews for One Piece Movie 8 available. You can find Greg's review in the forums, and crossbones' review in K-F's forums. If you wanted some early insight on the film, these two reviews are worth checking out. Ai Kawashima's single "compass", which was sung as a theme for the movie, is set to be released on March 14th. While I'm mentioning music, I might as well remind everyone that Tackey & Tsubasa's Crazy Rainbow (the newest opening for the anime) will be released on April 14th! This date was posted by Carly at the forums.
One Piece Yellow is the newest databook (like Red and Blue) to come out. The discussion thread at the site is open for speculations as to what kind of data this will contain. As many people know, the data books contain valid information about One Piece from Oda himself, so it's very interesting to check out. Red and Blue contained things about each person, techniques, and little tidbits that you would have never known. There's also a scan from WSJ #14 posted by Battle Franky. It's set to release on April 2nd.
From an ad in issue 4-5 of Jump, EvilGamerX also got information on the release dates of various One Piece-related merchandise. For discussion and details, you may go to the discussion thread at the forums.
Volume 45 was released yesterday! It covers chapters 431 to 440 (maybe Oda wasn't able to get 441 in) and a somewhat blurry image can be seen at the volume 41-50 page. Some info on the SBS can be read at the forums.
